Mytheresa Acquires Yoox Net-a-Porter to Create ‘Global, Multi-Brand Digital Luxury Group’

Mytheresa has entered into a binding agreement with Richemont to acquire the Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) business and create a “multi-brand digital group of significant scale,” according to a company announcement.
